In addition to running Kessler Design with Tony, Karen has been very involved
in raising her three boys. Being on PTA Boards, coaching Odyssey of the Mind
teams, being a high school band parent, and helping design and paint the
marching band’s props for their field shows are a few of the ways she has used
her professional and creative skills to stay involved in the boys activities.

Karen enjoys trail hiking and jogging; playing volleyball, when Tony and the “serious” players let her play; traveling anywhere in the family motor home, but especially the beach; and having family and
friends come and stay at the family cabin on
Craig’s Creek.
